Can someone tell me what the status is for building upgrades? i know tier 1 is out for .90, but other than that, is it "complete"?

sorry if that was unclear, that was what i landed on duna. there was the whole launcher and everything else to get there before that. it was all one launch though. I'm just giving a recipe that i know will get them home once they are there.

my first duna manned lander was a 1 kerbal capsule, a nerva engine, the small 180 fuel tank, and 2 of the small solid boosters to launch me back off the surface. you can land with parachutes and very very little engine with that layout.

Our goal is to connect Julius Caesar to Queen Victoria RULES: -Must be confirmed historical figures. -When you add a new link, they must have really met in person at some point (for example Socrates met Plato, as he was Plato's teacher). -So being related doesnt matter if they were never alive at the same time and so never met. -Feel free to use any sources you need, provided they aren't blatantly false. -Ideally your link will move our chronology closer to the present day, not farther backwards. -Feel free to use lines of succession, marriages, easy stuff like that to advance the game. -Also if a person is know by multiple names, include a few if you want (Alexander III of Macedon also called Alexander the Great) as long as its clear who you are talking about. -If there is a ninja post then edit it or if its not noticed by its poster, work off the oldest post of the two.
