My current muner ship runs on the following stages. 1200DV Boosters for speed! 3100DV Reach orbital height and 90% circulation 2500DV Circularize - Burn to Mun and land 1200DV Takeoff and return to Kerbin Its a long burn time on a 48-7s to goto the mun and return, but its very fuel efficient @ 905 units of fule+ox to get from less then LKO to the Mun and back, and thats with all that extra weight of Pretties and science. The finale stage is fuel linked to the Muner intercept and landing stage, so that if you need a little more DV for landing it is their. Your most efficient is an Apolo type Orbital command module, followed by a lander that leaves as much mass on the surface when taking off. Easyset would most likely be a lander leaving parts behind on take off as a all in one needs a lot of DV and the complexity of docking adds a bit of danger for a newbie. http://ksp.sjwt.org/2013-11-18/Ezh-01a.craft

No, They are Single Stage To Orbit, reusable has nothing to do with it, they can be reusable, but as NASA found out, making things reusable can cost more than just building new bits. Here is a nice SSTO <G>

(hope a little late is not too late =< ) Skram presents the Ezh Mk01a Flight instructions Turn on ASA and throttle up to 100, Launch at a HDG/Pitch of 90/90 for the first stage, the ship will tilt over slight. At the end of the first stage, start the 2nd stage and tilt your Pitch to match your Prograde and keep a 90 HDG, and keep it there until you reach a high of 20KMs. At 20KMs Pitch over to 20, keeping your HDG 90, you will need to fight the shil a little to keep it at 20 until your prograde reaches it, at which point reset your ASA to hold this course. Keep burning until your stage runs out, start your next stage and keep burning until you raise your AP to 72KM then MECO. With out changing your Pitch, wait until you reach your AP of 72, and begin to circularise your orbit. If your AP is running away from you, lower your Pitch, if its falling behind raise your pitch, keep doing this until you reach a nice orbit of about 72x72. Target the Mun for interception and Burn North/South at your DN/AN which ever you reach first to bring it to a 0.0. You can now do a nice Prograde burn from when the Mun next rises over the Horizon, this will get you out to the Mun with enough fuel to go into an Orbit, and if you are trained land and return! As I've finally found my first Anomaly, I'm off to investigate <G>

You can and do fly, but are left following me around as I am 'Pirated' and actually involves Pirates, treasure, Bounty, Booty, excitement, fame all for me, and none for you! I wish Vexx32 would stop flying around me! I want to enjoy my booty!!
