I dusted off my old forum account because I just wanted to say that it this is my favorite tech tree mod out there, and I am so happy to see that you have been working on updating it. It has been weird getting into KSP again without ETT.

At this risk of a bit of thread necro, any update on this?

It seems to be working beautifully for me, even if all the USI parts are listed in the starting node in the research center (I don't have them at start, they just show there)....

I'm glad y'all like it.  I really enjoy it also.  KSP is not the same without it.
 

I would like to finish updating it.  It has many improvements and partpack updates semi-done but not spiffied up enough to release.  I have more time now.  I wouldn't mind knowing how many people use it.

Hi LGG, It is pretty much formatted the way I want it now. I have to update the parts pack placement though.  I've just added the ones I play with.  Which are the part packs you like to play with most?  I can make sure those are in there and/or I can make sure I add them.

This definitely looks like a tech tree I'd give a go when it comes out for 1.12.5!

If you don't mind mod inclusion suggestions, the big ones for me which aren't on the list in the top post are the Sterling Systems mods by @JadeOfMaar and Snacks! and Pathfinder by @Angelo Kerman. Having  Planetside Exploration Technologies, SSPX and FFT would also be very nice.

Updated the tree to 1.12.5 and Yonge Tech Tree quit working properly.  @linuxgurugamer will have to take a look at it.  It is throwing errors in the log.  If we can get past this hurtle I should have it updated shortly. 

I've balanced the tech tree and created new icons for some of the new nodes.  Just need to get it working in 1.12.5, then I will start adding more parts.  The new tree layout is pretty awesome.  Should be fun to play.

Those are some good mods.  I will try to add them too.

Right now I'm about 1/2 way through LGG's suggestions.
