The numbers between the two are the same apart from the last 4 digits. The large panel's final digits are exactly 3x that of the small one, which seems to roughly correspond to the surface area ratio of the two panels. What the first numbers mean, I have no clue (roverdudes personal ID number?)

While every profile on the forums has a six digit ID number in the URL, the ID on Roverdude's profile does not match what's on the radiators. Below is a test of me putting it into [noparse][thread] and tags[/noparse] to see what happens.
