Ksp makes recovery go faster

On June 16, I had surgery to donate one of my kidneys to someone who needed it.

Both surgeries went well, and I just saw the surgeon for a followup.

He remarked how I was one to two weeks ahead of other donors in my recovery. I told him it was simply Jebediah exercising my brain cells.

Love this game, even with all the warts.

Wait...what? Did you just joined a cannibal cult and donate your kidneys (both of them? O_o) to a cannibal chief that needs some to cook so everyone can dine on it?...

...My insane imagination aside, its great that you recovered so quickly. There is this case of video game helping cancer patient forgetting the pain of their treatment: http://www.polygon.com/features/2014/1/16/5238330/the-healing-power-of-video-games

Maybe videogames can assist medical treatment somehow. Should have a hospital full of video games for patients to play while they are there.

"Video games are bad for you," my butt. :P

Good to hear that you are recovering so fast.

If he donated BOTH Kidney's, then he probably wouldn't be with us now... (or on a machine for life...)

Donors of all kinds are needed around the world... either while you are alive, or once you leave this realm... I think LinuxGuruGamer should be given the kerbal equivalent of the Congressional Medal of Honor (or the Victoria Cross) for what he has done... we need more brave souls like him and not just brave Kerbals.

Consider this a cyber pat on the back, and a cyber handshake L.G.G. ... I am proud to (cyber) know you.

:)
