Not from that pic no, we'd have to see the contract as it is displayed in flight or the editor, it'll show what is complete in green.

Or you can just flag it as complete in the alt+12 debug screen.

I share your perplexity tho. Lately I've been having problems with contracts to gather science from particular buildings round KSC (mod). Annoyingly it doesn't specify whether to be on the ground next to the building or on the roof of the building, and it does seem to matter.
