Was that a serious question though? Since when did the shuttle have radiators and an antenna?

The antenna question was answered by Raptor 9.

About the radiators:

(They're the shiny things lining the Cargo Bay doors.)

They have to fold upwards in orbit, right after the cargo bay opens, as such:

I look for radiators+ antennae in every STS mod I see. I actually skipped through one because it didn't have them.
