Mod to replace KW engines

Hello everyone. I like KW Rocketry pack, lovely designed parts. But what bothers me a lot - engine bells have no proper gimball animations, so I would like to try out something else.

What mod you would recommend for top quality (as KW is)  modeled, but animated properly and well balanced rocket engines?

SSTU and CryoEngines comes to mind immediately.

I would absolutely recommend the above, as well as plug my own mod Bluedog Design Bureau as well as Tantares. Be warned that both of those add a significant amount of parts to the catalog.

Don't be sad, I'll stick with all other parts, other than engines and RCS/SAS. (because with all my mods RCS catergory became very bloated with parts already 

Really appreciate your work on maintaining/balancing KW!

Nothing can replace KW SRBs and fairing bases in my heart

By the way, why KW decouplers are so heavy (in comparison with stock) ?

Had a look on that, very cool mod, however it's kinda different from the stock lego parts building style. And 1,5m soyuz is way too narrow :). However looks very promising for my future re-scaled careers.

And I don't want to have different fuels yet.

OMG, your mod looks very promising, liked your rockets catalog/manual in pdf. Really appreciate your attention to details. I like 1,875 parts (currently using HGR, but looks like I can replace at least some of it with your parts!)
