Someone should really do this in texture replacer (I would if I could do textures)  I can just imagine it now... "The Evil Kerbal Texture Pack (EKTP)".

The mod should be called "Procedural Eyebrows", and it's driven by a config file in which you literally specify the eyebrows as a string like "^ ^" and it paints 'em in.
