Also, your second rule was rule 28, not 26.

Rules 25-28 were also voided by 24. Rule 29-30 are also voided due to violation of rule 24. Rule 24 cannot be overturned by any other rule because the creating of any other rule breaks rule 24. This post is authorized because I am the original author of Rule 24.
