@Seturian, your image and your save show that you are using a mod to rename docking ports, this is likely why they are broken.

As you can see the name you tried to use appears to have become corrupted, I assume you were using Cyrillic.

 

I suggest you try asking the modders responsible for the mods you are using, sorry.

Сейчас удалил игру, поставил чистую игру, всунул сейв, пробую другие порты, работают 50/50. Сейчас у меня нет ни одного мода. Я понимаю вашу позицию: ты 2 года назад использовал какой-то мод и теперь через 2 года у тебя что-то сломалось, сам виноват. Но ребята, ещё раз спрашиваю: если левый разработчик может решить эту проблему добавлением кнопки "force undock", что мешает встроить это в игру, и не заставлять бегать с бубном вокруг недоигры?

@Seturian could you please express your problem in English?

KSP had a bug on undocking ports, but that has been fixed. You seem to be using a mod that affects docking ports, allowing you to rename them (perhaps this one?). It appears, from your save, that attempting to rename them using a different isn't handled very well by that mod, and that may be the reason you are having problems.

I suggest you backup your save, and then try to search for all "PortName = " lines and delete them, and see if that helps a bit. Otherwise, I still think you would do best to ask in the thread for that mod.
