Hello Community,

and here is another new member from Germany.

I am 40 years old, male and i live in the near of Heidelberg, about 50-60 kilometers in the southeast. In my job i am planning new roads, bridges an new parts of villages.

My hobbies are Caving and astronony. I like to look at the stars trough my 8 inch Teleskop from Celestron. This is the man reason why i am playing Kerbal space program - the fascination of the endles space.

So i can´t wait to play the SSRSS Mod to have a look on mars and Saturn.

I am sorry if my spelling is not so exact, I'm not a native English speaker.

Greetings astroheiko

@Ty Tan Tu

light pollution is a great problem. i live in a relativ sparsely populated area, so this is not a great trouble for me. Did yoy even grind the mirror by yourself?

@Vanamonde

You only have to walk very fast, switch your helmet light of, remove your helmet and sooner or later you will hit the wall. So you can watch many shiny stars.
