Well, I don't know about a tantrum, but one of the Skylab crews went on strike because they felt NASA was overworking them. Since then astronauts on space stations have worked shorter hours.

Wasn't apollo 7 like that as well https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apollo_7#.22Mutiny.22_in_space , with the added complication of the astronauts getting sick - which is surely part of the reason why if an astronaut gets sick before launch, they get taken off the mission. Sick people can be quite grumpy
