SpaceX dumped propulsive landing for Dragon. In fact, cargo Dragon 2 will be bespoke, not a reused Crew Dragon as I understand it.

NASA will not be reusing Crew Dragon—doesn't mean SpaceX can't if they like. Also, it's still cheaper.

I guess 13.6 meter wide, they make two parts and weld togetherat the raceways.

This makes it easy to change thickness of plate as you move up the ship
