That said, any new rocket in 2025 (or 2024, 23, 22, tbh) that does not have launch constraints that include conditions in a landing zone is useless and should not exist.

Exactly. 
Landing Platform #1 aka Jacklyn is currently at 28.01824, -74.1329

Winds at launch time at that location forecasted around 14 kn from mostly north.

 Forecast Friday would be 22 kn.

If they want to stick the landing seems better to launch tonight

 Not sure that is final barge location but has to be close.  The vessel left Port Canaveral on the 2nd (!)
