I can't wait for it, the visuals look stunning, and even though I haven't read it in a long time, I could pick out some moments I remember from the book, like that 'perfect' neighborhood. When I was younger, I imagined it dark, but it's actually way more creepy in bright daylight.

There are actually a bunch of similarities with what I'm doing with my Emiko Station story... and I would gladly explain what's happening, but I can't really get into detail without giving the movie away.

Had the same feeling in Tomb Raider, when skeletons were jumping to us from platform to platform in a ruined Byzantine swimming pool, absolutely lifeless, relaxing and full of daylight and dangling light spots reflected from water.

Skyrim (aurora), Morrowind (fleas), Enclave (rock island with stairs), Jurassic Park (forest), Interstellar (btw, was it the same library in 5d?), Fallout (Tranquility Lane).

And "gravity affected quantum state" (of?) "quantum entangled electrons".

Children as main characters. This means a happy end spoiler, unless it were G.R.R. Martin's book.
