Let's discuss the evolution of kerbal art. Did they start with cave paintings? Sculpting?

I think they started with runes, carved in stone with crystall or an other stone.

In my headcanon, they developed the first villages deep in the forests, and thus made totems from trees and delved into architectural arts not unlike the middle East.
