I dunno. here is KSP.log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m0ky6g3k249rkw8/KSP.log?dl=
JadeOfMaar
@Gameslinx @TarasK I don't get to see the original screenshot so my guess isn't sharp, but ResearchBodies is present due to "ProgressiveCBMaps.dll" mod DLL. Perhaps the bodies are somehow affected by ResearchBodies' weird planet shader effect?

It was looking as bad as wtih RB. And, actually, the moons look weird only when you are close to them (like, 15 kilometres above sea level), and the closer you get to it, the worse it gets. At the surface its Guardian is litteraly just a yellow/grey ball.

When updating from 1.3.1 to 1.7.3 the Kopernicus starlight code might have changed, so I might need to take a look myself.
Gameslinx
There are some bugs in this release that I want to address in the next update, but for now here is a patch for the atmosphere rim and sunflare: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4l0m4i48zlncxa7/Sunflare and rim fix.zip?dl=

Gameslinx
I just released an update that improves the sunflare, fixes the scatterer rim on Solitude, and fixes all the wrong terrain texture file paths. Enjoy! There will be improvements after this, such as 1.8 terrain, when I find the motivation Edited January 12, 2020 by Gameslinx

I remember a long time ago i put one of these deployable science modules on Nemesis, and it was giving me very little scince (something like 0.003 per day) Edited February 9, 2020 by TarasK Question

It works on 1.8.1 if you use the updated versions of Kopernicus and Scatterer. I'll be bringing it up to date properly soon

Yeah, make a backup. Also, no planet mod is for 1.9 officially yet, because Kopernicus has not released for 1.9. The most up to date planet mods are for 1.8. (so if you want to say land on nemisis, use a one stage lander which is that you use it for landing and returning (and this goes for every planet))
