Is there a mod that can turn electricity into liquid fuel?

I'm planning to make an orbital refueling station, and I think it would be cool for it to have the ability to passively produce fuel from solar panels and/or radioisotope generators. Of course it would produce fuel very slowly, but it would cut down on how often I'd have to refuel it from the surface.

The easiest thing to do would be to add a ModuleResourceConverter to ISRU units, with only ElectricCharge as an input resource.

However, I will warn you that this would break conservation of mass hard, unless you used a truly staggering amount of EC per unit of liquid fuel. Assuming 1 EC = 1 kJ:

E=mc^2

m = 5 kg (1 unit of LF)

c = 3*10^8 m/sec

E = 4.5*10^17 J

Thus, to avoid completely breaking conservation of mass/energy, you would need to input at least 450 trillion EC per unit of liquid fuel generated... assuming perfect energy-to-mass conversion.

There's one: Solaris Hypernautics. It's simple to use, since the resource flow is like this:

Electric charge > magnetic charge > dust > ore > fuels

Basically, you use electric charge to create magnetic charge to power dust accumulator, which gathers cosmic dust (it's slow, but passively gathers dust once activated, so you can leave it alone). Then a dust compressor compressed it into ore, which can be refined in ISRU into fuel. Just launch your orbital fuel station, activate everything and leave it alone. Every few weeks or months it'll periodically fueled up (depend on how efficient you configure the converters)

not too cheaty if I have to say, since it's essentially (passive) orbital mining :P

Ah, now that appears to be exactly what I was looking for! =D
