  Has anyone ever made a huge vessel for colonization? If so, post pictures, why you made it, how it was made, and where it went! I’m trying to get inspiration for a heavily modded play through where my ultimate goal is to colonize everywhere, and I like the idea of Arkships. Surely I’m not the only one with this idea... right?

I've really been meaning to build something like this, just haven't gotten around to it (It probably involves math.... which I usually avoid while playing). 

Maybe that's what I'll work on tonight...

I haven't done anything on that scale, but you may want to check in with the MKS users. That mod provides a solid set of mechanics to support long-term colonization.
