If you are looking to have more points for your comnet signals reach kerbin, as opposed to just the KSC then it is a setting somewhere in the difficulty settings not a mod.

in the settings of complexity, I did not find anything like it, but if you tell me what me need to change, I will be grateful

 

I even have in the sandbox only 1 communication point in KSC

When you start a new game, click the "Difficulty Options" button.  While on the "Basic" window, turn on "Enable Comm Network".  Next click the "Advanced Button" to switch the advanced settings window.  Turn on "Enable Extra Groundstations".

If you want to change an existing game, the press ESC while at the main KSC screen.  In the window that pops up, click the "Settings" button.  At the top of the settings window is a "Difficulty Settings" button.  Click that and then the rest is as previously described.  You may need to restart KSP for the change to take effect.

You don't need to start a new game, you can change your difficulty settings whenever you wish.

At the KSC, hit Escape to bring up this menu, and click 'Settings'.

1. Click on 'Difficulty Options'
2. Then 'Advanced'
3. And check 'Enable Extra Groundstations'
