KIS jet pack addon

is there a jet pack part that you can use KIS to equip it

I dont think there is a mod that adds jetpacks to KIS but Comorant Aeronology has a jetpack like vehicle.

Using KIS to equip isn't likely to be possible, based on the way that KSP and KIS works.  However, there are several mods that have packs that allow you to carry a jetpack, deploy it, and then get into it.  (Basically, a small external seat.)  First to come to mind is Buffalo, which has a small jetwing you can fly on.

Another - fairly outdated, but it still worked last I tried it - mod that has a nice pack is Versatile Toolbox System, which has a large RCS pack.

Hmm... Yeah, that's a bit OP. Perhaps give it enough thrust to climb slowly upwards at full pitch up, but have the thrust tail off quickly as you go too fast...
