Atlas tower has been removed, you can use the dev version of Modular Launch Pad mod for that one. The Titan clamp.. not sure what's happening there.. Do you have MM? I don't think you can completely remove the stock KSC buildings, sadly. You can, however, find a place and use KK to build your own KSC. You can use decals to flatten the terrain. You have to add a group first before adding a static. Best way to approach this is just launch a rocket. Land it somewhere in the ocean and then use the menu to add a group and add this static.
