How to set avatar information in the forum

Welcome to the forum, @ZZYZZY!  Here's a quick SS that should guide you to that spot.  Note though, that you cannot change your avatar until you have 5 non-Lounge posts.  Once your posts no longer need to be approved, you can update much more or your profile, like setting your avatar, signature, member Title, etc.

Unfortunately, since you posted this question in The Lounge, it doesn't count.  Notice your post count is still 0.  If it had been in Welcome Aboard or Kerbal Network, where it will likely be moved to, it would have incremented your post count to 1, and you'd be ever closer to being able to change your picture.
