Where do I find propellers?

I can't seem to find the propellers that just got added.

Yeah, sorry. The standard base game doesn't have propellers -- just jet engines. It is possible (but difficult) to build bearings and then to fake up some engines to rotate things on the bearings, if you really really want to. The new props are in some downloadable content that also includes robotics that you can purchase.

If you do have the parts, you make the propeller yourself by mounting blades on one of the rotating mechanisms.

As folks have mentioned, you have to buy Breaking Ground to get these.

If you already have Breaking Ground, you'll find the rotors (i.e. the motorized hub) in the robotics category, and the propeller blades under aero surfaces.
