How can I change the launch location?

I have already activated it in the menu. Nothing comes out, nor does the drop-down tab in the hangar. in the monitoring station I only get the main launch area, I don't get any of the others

 

I have already done everything, because I can not get even the scrollable tab and I have been like this since I bought it.

 

My version is 1.9.1.2788

Do you have either Making History or Breaking Ground DLCs? Without them you can't launch from anywhere but the KSP runway and launch pad. I think Making History gives you Woomerang at high latitude with a launch pad and Breaking Ground gives you Dessert launch site in the desert with a launchpad and a runway. If you bought either or both of these DLCs but still don't see them, you might need to re-download them or possibly reinstall KSP itself as well.

You can also get more launch sites with mods such as Tundra's Space Centre or Kerbinside.

The database information is meaningless, what I'd really like to see is a screenshot of either the VAB/SPH when you're trying to launch a rocket, or when you click the launchpad/runway to launch that way, or possibly a view of Kerbin in the tracking station.

It might also be worth checking in your save game file (KSP folder/saves/your save game/persistent.sfs) to make sure it says ' AllowOtherLaunchSites = True'

I don't think Breaking Ground gives any extra launch sites.  I don't have it (but I do have MH) but I have Woomerang, Desert, and Island sites.

I dont have MH but i do have Breaking Ground and i don't have any new launch sites
