Landing Pad Kerbals

How does it sound: When you're in a helicopter, trying to touch down on the top of the VAB, a kerbal comes out of a side door, comes up the ladder and stands on the landing pad guiding you in with those little orange batons.

Sounds like target practice er, a rather risky proposition considering how high up that rooftop helipad is, the thrust force of a hovering rocket/plane/helicopter and the noticeable lack of safety rails of any kind. Also sounds like it would be more difficult to do than you might think, and while it would be a nice touch it would be something a lot of people might not find.

A DLC: Random Slackers Idle Kerbals.

Occasional scripted Kerbals appear next to the buildings or in other places.

smoking at the back doors instead of working,
same but next to the fuel storage,
looking at your puny attempts to fly and laughing,
walking around the balcony of the tower,
having a daily meeting,
digging something from ground,
"repairing" your rover (or at least kicking its wheel with thoughtful face).

Sometimes walking on the Mun without spacesuits and waving with hand, calling you to follow.
(Then disappearing).
Or sitting on the top of an icy mountain.
