That is a very aggressive gravity turn, especially for such a heavy launch vehicle. Good video other wise. Maybe turn up your mic a little. You're kind of quiet.

The Delta IV Ultra Heavy and the Atlas V HLV and SHLV were proposed designs. They were only ever on paper, never made.

Probably just proposed by mouth. But I wouldn't doubt that it was an actual design someone came up with considering people like to design wacky designs.
