Just try it out yourself (back up your saves!).

Definitely will try this out! As for corrupting saves, I’m not to terribly worried as I am experimenting on the laptop. If it works, I’ll get the files over to the pc.

Or I suppose you can just modify the semiMajorAxis parameter in the actual file instead of making an MM patch.

In fact that's probably safer.

I wish it gave you two values, Apogee and Perigee, it would make things a lot easier but Misguided_Kerbal basically explained it.

Anyways, I've created a texture for Retuo, I should have it in a few minutes when I get back to my desktop (I'm on a different computer right now).

The reason why there's that big light blue circle around the crater was because the impact that created the crater blew out all these layers of white soil, exposing the darker material underneath.

Dang, that’s a hard one!

I’d say it’s a tue between Theta and Fuscia, there’s some about that red/yellow texture...it just seems to draw you in.

Although, Dindin is probably up there too. It really is a lovely shade of green!

(And by the way....Gilly looks amazing! Those craters turned out superb!

with all due respect, @DunaManiac I have one issue with Japris-it’s the mun. It’s just so far away from kerbin that there’s really no incentive to go that far, and it’s just so out of the way it makes a usually short, easy mission into a much longer, complicated process.

Honestly, i'm pretty happy about it's lumpy potato like look.

In other news, I'm planning to release 0.1.1 today, which will add Bold, Retuo, and a few other bugfixes, so stay tuned.

Okay, I've created a pretty good Biome map below:

It has 7 biomes, including the North and South poles, Lowlands, Midlands, and Highlands, and a few special biomes, such as Bold Basin and Peaks.

Today I've decided to go for this scheme:

Value = 1 for "normal biomes" such as the Lowlands, Midlands, and Highlands.

Value = 1.05 for the poles.

Value = 1.1 for special biomes, such as Bold Basin and the Peaks.

Design Notes: It will have an atmosphere, which is mostly comprised of compounds atmosphere comprised of water vapor, carbon dioxide, ammonia, methane, etc. (I was thinking  white steamy clouds of carbon dioxide when I add Eve+Scatterer). It has high surface gravity for it's mass due to it's density, which is close to that of iron/nickel. In fact, it's made out of iron/nickel, with a thin layer of reddish rocks covering the it's core. It has double the gravity of the Mun even though the Mun is 50% larger! I chose a reddish rusty color for it's theme color, it doesn't make a lot of sense because rust is Iron Oxide, and there would be no oxygen for Iron to bond with to make rust, but I had to choose between grey and red, I would pick red.

Landing was actually surprisingly easy due to the high atmospheric pressure and low gravity.
