Yeah, I'm that new, lmao. So, is there a post requirement before you can change your pfp or something? If not, could someone direct me to how exactly I can?

Yes, you have to have at least 5 posts to not have to have moderator approval for every post and to be able to change your pfp, member status (like how mine says I dont kill kerbals, and why should you.)

Comments are posts.  You don't need to start 5 threads, just have 5 posts.

Note though, that posts inside The Lounge or Forum Games do not count as posts in those subforums don't increment your post count.

We recently had a software update, so it looks a little different from when I made this, but the process is the same.

I do not have a ''Siganture'' tab and do not understand what is the issue or it will appear after 5 approved posts?
