No unless the devs started to curate certain mods and post them a separate expansions or updates. Like what fallout did.

Or something like Planetary Annihilation with a built-in mod manager. Dev-curated mods that are bound to end up paid would be a horrible way to go about this.

I like it and a lot of indie games are starting to have them but for a game being made by a big company, I doubt they’ll touch it after release. This is a big concern for me that the devs will stop updating and expanding the game after release.

I don't think so. What app do you use for minecraft? As an EE player, I know there is a steam-community type page with mods/workshop type thing for Space Engineers, but not for KSP. I wish MechJeb, BDA, and a few other mods (Autopilot mods, some part mods/variants) were somewhat avalible to EE players
