Will KSP2 end support for KSP?

They'll probably start entering end-of-life. Right now, there's still an opportunity to release a major update with a DLC for KSP and it will sell. Once KSP2 is out, it will be far more profitable to work on DLC for KSP2, and so they'll probably wind down KSP support. But some small bug fixes might still happen from time to time, especially, since Squad still owns work on KSP.

It's almost 100% garanteed that yes. Eventually KSP2 will replace KSP1. I'm sure there'll still be a community, but just like any other game, it can't be upgraded forever.
The delay news also seem to imply, they intend to have KSP2 as a "base game" for constant DLC and upgrades, so i guess they want that one to last for as long as the first one did.

No. Squad and Private Division work on their own game separately. None of both will end support in a short period of time.

To clarify, Private Division (The indie game division of Take Two Interactive) is the publisher of both KSP and KSP2.  SQUAD is the studio working on KSP, and Intercept Games is the studio working on KSP2.   It has been stated that development will continue on both concurrently.

Ok, close enough.
