Mod to make upgrading Facilities more gradual

I've always found the 3 level system for upgrading facilities too fast for my liking. I go from 30 part limit to 255 if I go from level 1 to level 2 in the VAB. And from 18 tons to 140 tons from level 1 to level 2 on launch pad. Is there a mod to make this more gradual?

I just dont normally bother upgrading the VAB or launchpad to level 3.  Keeps my rockets honest.  

With Simplex Propulsion then 4 skippers can just lift 140tons.  Replace with two mainsails later for high payload to orbit.

Noted. Wiki doesn't help me much though when the stats for the buildings all appear to be for Administration Building.

I"m not seeing that. Each building's page is different.

FWIW I did this myself years ago with a similar config (though I had 9 levels, it was otherwise very similar to Komplexity) and I found it didn't add much more than clicking the buildings more to upgrade them. You still want specific things at specific times and if you need the building to be level 4 to do that specific thing, you're going to upgrade it right to level 4 and not really care about levels 2 and 3.
