simplemunrockets
The game uses a random name generator that stitches syllables together. Sometimes unfortunate similarities with words are made.
Tim_Barrett
Who cares, I say keep it. Hell, we don't know what words mean in the Kerbal language now do we?
Quasar
Not inappropropriate, but I currently have an "Oblong Kerman" in my mun base. Actually, now that I look at him, he is kinda rectangular.

OtherDalfite
So long as we are all mature enough to handle them, I don't think it should be a problem.
GeekyMe97
I don't know what "Hardon" means so I don't find it offensive~But if it's an inappropriate word it should obviously get dealt with.
Lesarthois
Hard-on in English slang mean "aroused" like in "I have an hard-on". Though, I don't see why is should be offensive. If it was racist, maybe, but, here, that would be as stupid as banning "Dick" as a name. And, if you start going that way, soon everyone would like to delete a name because it may potentially be offensive in any language. Let's not go this way.

Felsmak
It may be a bit inappropriate, but I'm actually a bit curious of the thought process of people who find words such as "hardon" super-offensive and start media-****storms about them. Do they crawl up in a fetal position upon seeing the word, cry themselves to sleep and start seeing shrinks to help them endure their personal hardon-crisis? Lesarthois
Must be the same person that cry and yell when they see a breast during the Olympic Games.

Jay_Em
For a second I thought his name was "Hadron", that would have been cool. Funnily enough, I'm sure I've seen a Hadron Kerman at some point. To get to 'Hardon' from 'Hadron' you just need to switch two letters around... techonce
I too had a Hadron Kerman, we had to let him go though. He had a tendency to collide with things. Edited September 28, 2012 by techonce fixed typo
