Gammorin
It's a work in Progress. Currently housing 53 Kerbals and still has 2 (Soon more) docking ports.80 Tons and 237 parts. Took 4 launches to put in the air. (500KM orbit around Kerbin)

Plume & Akakak
I'm getting all shaky at the sight of these perfectly smooth ring stations.Let's go for a more tin-toy-looking one.'Station Le Futur 2000' ("Station Le Futu' 2000", when spelled by Plume).First station built in our career, back in 0.2x. It's still up there. Edited May 26, 2015 by Plume & Akakak
Dlucks
Im just starting a space station/mothership, only have the first launch up, YES I got it up in one launch, you can tell by looking at it, wish I took pics of launching it (the lifter I used was way too time consuming and I didnt save it but maybe I'll launch another??) it was epic. So far it is a MASSIVE refeuling station with 2 labs, tons of science stuff, ISRU converter, 12 docking ports, and tons of solar panels batteries and lights, I have an extention in orbit on the way with a massive solar array with tons of batteries (yes it needs more power as it runs out on the dark side almost instantly lol) escape pods for 12 kerbals, and a fancy return ship, the orange lift rockets will come off when there empty (I used 12 of them asparagus staged to get the mothership into orbit)
Dlucks
Here is my best space-station. It was made in 0.24, but I still have the file. It was made in career mode and the only mods I used for it is "attachable's" to strengthen it up with struts, and the visual cloud effects. I have recently started a 1.0 game (1.0.2), but I have prioritized making a moon base, before making a larger space-station!http://i1369.photobucket.com/albums/ag229/The-MathMog/screenshot73_zpsjfyxgnaw.png~originalAnd here is a picture of my new moon-base, for good measure! I use rovers with docking ports under each part, to make them all moveable. Took a lot of work to figure out, but it works absolute wonders!http://i1369.photobucket.com/albums/ag229/The-MathMog/screenshot81_zpsgagrzgwb.png~originalSorry for the quality. I am playing it on a laptop! That is an awsome idea with the rover trucks, hmm I wonder if I can make a big enough truck to haul a refinery version of my mothership so I can convert depleted uranium and mine for feuls. The moon would make a very safe nuke test site
MisterBennock
Wow Dlucks, that thing looks wicked! This is my recent (.90) space station concept. The "Limes" type station, for usage as outpost/"welcome station" on the border of a body's SoI. It is put into space in one long piece and either sent to its destination and assembled or assembled and sent to its destination. Unfortunately, due to several technical difficulties I couldn't execute the whole thing as I wanted to - the pictures are merely from a test assembly in LKO. Let's hope it works better when I recreate it in 1.0.2.Javascript is disabled. View full albumBasically it consists of three mainly identical parts that have different functions assigned to them. There is a command module, a comms module and an energy module. It has no fuel of its own besides some RCS for orbital housekeeping. It has, however, several docking ports so if needed it can be expanded with additional tanks etc. The most difficult task was to dock the modules properly, so I decided to make life easier by putting IR parts on the tubes to be able to rotate the modules against each other when needed (which didn't work out quite as expected, technical difficulties....). I think if I can get this thing to work as intended, it will be awesome!
justidutch
Sorry, I didn't even realize this thread existed until just now. I built the following many moons ago. Well, in .90…I think it was 15 launches in total, all the gas tanks are full, all stock.

Gammorin
Well I'm Kinda done with my station since it is rather unplayable (7fps ) and docking takes like an hour and a half (after you reach the same orbit).Somewhere around the vicinity of 600 parts and a 150 tons. can house around 100 kerbals I believe

WooDzor
Great use of fairings matey!JEEEEB NOOO! DO NOT PRESS THE SPACE BAR!!! X-)Haven't tried it yet though.. should be fun:-#Anyway I think these fairings nicely tie the station together, normally my MIR looked a bit like it was found on a junk yard (like the original).. it still does, but at least it had a nice paint job :-)

sp1989
I built the Russian space station from Armageddon. I wish I could still play like that. I made that station when there weren't so many memory leaks for Macs. I ran KW, KSO, and a bunch more with little to no problem. Now I can barely run KW and without the game crashing every 30 minutes. *sigh!*Javascript is disabled. View full album
