Plane Vibrating On Runway

I built a plane and it is tap dancing on the run way so I can't take off.

Provide a picture of your plane and list of mods so we'll have better comments.

Try changing to a larger wheel size to see what happens.

Does it bounce while parked or only when rolling to takeoff?

What landing gear are you using? Do other plane designs with that same gear have the same problem?

Did you install any mods that affect wheels?

Did you modify the landing gears settings in any way? This includes things like changing default spring or damper settings, clipping gear into another part with the offset tool, or Tweakscale mod on the gear?

Does takeoff with SAS on or off change the bouncing?

That sounds like the landing gear is overloaded.  Have you played with the springs and dampers yet?

I have not

Run them up to full stiff and see what happens, then back them off individually until it starts bouncing again.  Full stiff is not recommended as then the plane can bounce on landing and crash.  Been there, done that.
