Weird sstv noise in ksp

Hello guys.

So while I was flying a Duna mission, I encountered this annomoly, a sstv noise.

Does anyone have any explanation for this sstv noise?

B. Can't say anything conclusive because you didn't show us what mods you have. Please attach a mods list to all modded install reports.

There is/was an SSTV easter egg on Duna, but it was always on the south pole, according to the Wiki:

 

On the southern ice cap, there is a pyramidal hill that emits an SSTV signal. The source of the signal was several hundred meters beneath the hill as of 0.22, but as of 1.2, the signal is back at the surface. As of 1.12, the hill seems to emit no signal. (66° 3′ 0″ S 160° 53′ 0″ W)

 

Maybe it's in space now??

I decoded the signal in the video, it's the same signal that played on the hill, even has reverb and everything. It's the exact same audio.

I don't think it's from chatterer, chatterer only plays SSTV signals when transmitting science I think

I'm not accusing anyone of anything, but it's probably worth mentioning that the recent Petameter SSTV saga led to someone making a fake signal and posting it to the forum thread. Even after it was confirmed to be a rickroll, people still questioned its authenticity for a few posts before it was confirmed fake.

This one sounds like the Duna SSTV signal and has the same reverb tail, but it's not out of the question someone ripped it from the game files and just added it to the video. Again, not accusing anyone, but given the timing I am somewhat skeptical.

Chatterer can be set to make SSTV noises at regular intervals, but OP said they don't have it installed.
