There’s a way to set the eye offset per seat, yes. I think search for “kerbalEyeOffset” in the cfg files.

Hey sorry I missed this message, but any time you're having trouble you need to post the ksp.log.

A very common cause of people seeing default cockpits is that they also installed Reviva.  This lets you switch the IVA between different options, and the default is always stock.

Hello, thanks for this awesome mod, I am using it and enjoying it to the fullest.
However, in some cockpits (mainly the stock Mk2 spaceplane cockpit, however the Mk3 has this as well) I have trouble with the camera boundaries - I can't look down to focus on the lower monitor.
My problem is not with the offset - I like the camera height when I look forward - however I can't really get my Kerbal to center his view on the lower monitor, and thus it's impossible for me to properly zoom onto it.
Whenever I am trying to read numbers on the lower monitor, I have to look in between the central and bottom one, and zoom in just enough for it still be in the field of view - which makes reading small numbers quite hard.

Please, is there any way to increase the camera bounds, so that my pilot can actually look down enough to see his lower monitor?

If you need to see what I mean, I can record some footage and upload it for you to see.

Hey, RPM allows for changing the viewing angle bounds (and internal configs like DE_IVA are meant to use them); but I think I'll just add something to the base RPM for stock pods: https://github.com/FirstPersonKSP/RasterPropMonitor/issues/138

Thank you very much, please let me know when/if a new version with this update gets released.

If I understand correctly, and you are the person responsible for keeping the RPM plugin (and few others) running, then I want you to know that I am incredibly thankful for your contribution to the KSP community.
The RPM is the major reason why I am able to play fully immersive IVA missions and my KSP experience wouldn't be half as good without your mods. I was very sad to see the demise of KSP2, and thanks to your (and other modders') work,  I have the tools to make this game what KSP2 wanted to be.

Here is just a small look at what I managed to get the game to look like thanks to your plugins. This footage is pretty old already (from the start of this year) and I already managed to add a bunch of new immersive mods, I will gladly share new footage when I upload it, if you are interested.

I’d suggest using ckan with all of the auto-refresh stuff enabled so that it’ll tell you when a new version is available.

thanks for the kind words. If you’re an IVA fan like me, I’d also recommend KerbalVR which is a little harder to find (just look at the same GitHub organization where de_iva, rpm, FreeIVA, etc are).

Also I think kerbtrack just had an official release if you have a webcam but not a vr headset.

Is there any way to save screen configurations?

Example: Every time I use the Mk 1-3 Command Pod on any given craft I would like for a specific screen to default to the Navball so that I do not need to manually select the screen setting every time I am in flight with this part.

Is this possible to configure?

Not currently...I'll have to think about the best way to do that.  The screen selections should persist per vessel though.

Hello ! Wonderful mod so first : thanks for it. I have a small suggestion because I was wondering if it could be possible to have the IVA from the BDB LEM ascent stage also used on its derivatives (such as the LEM Taxi). as they are using pretty similar interiors as the base one. I have the same question for the Apollo 5 crew command module.  I am not sure if I am clear enough so I can calrify if needed.

DE_IVA doesn’t have a IVA for BDB…are you thinking of KSA?

Hey man, thanks for this amazing mod! I have one question: how I can ask for "recovery", once I have landed?

Some of the cockpits have an orange portable radio, there's a button on there that will request recovery.

You can with some MM editing and using the RPM JSISetInternalCameraFOV internal module.  But the next version of RPM will include a patch that increases the pitch bounds in all stock cockpits because this is a pretty common problem.
