How to do the Integrated Integrals atmospheric readings mission?

So I am i the career mode and on the first Inegrated Integrals mission. I was wondering if I have to go to orbit and then manuever over their site to do the pressure readings or if I can launch from their site. I tried going over their site in orbit at around 110,000km and doing pressure readings  but it didn't work. Do  I have to be lower?

Contracts are randomly generated so it's hard to tell what the requirements are if we can't see it. But they all should be visible to you, the place, the altitude etc. Or you can post a screenshot with the contract open. Maybe you were too high or too low.

More often than not, people have to cancel contracts because they ended up in a backwards orbit
