I look forward to the release of career mode and multiplayer. I'm also hoping for highly quality atmospheric flight, and maybe fixed-wing autopilot. Acceleration under warp too, that alone is a huge change. More generally I've only ever been as far as Duna in KSP1, so I'm excited to finally go visit every celestial body, especially to hear all the new music. I'm excited to witness the different suns rise above horizons yet undreamed and unseen by kerbalkind.
