Developer Reaction Times to Player Feedback

Part of the reason for early access, probably the most important one, is to collect player feedback.

My question is, how quickly will this feedback be acted on?

How quickly will minor updates come out to fix the rapidly increasing list of bugs that players will inevitably find?

Once a day? Once a week? Once a month? Once a year?

I'm not asking about the time between bug/feature request submission and patching, but the rate at which I'll need to update my game as bugfix updates roll in.

Just remember the good ole KSP motto: SoonTM

In all seriousness, the devs will deploy updates whenever they're ready, though I think a weekly or bi-weekly update would be best for when to deploy those updates. Having an update every day will get really annoying really fast.

During one of the various interviews posted over the past few days, Nate said something along the lines of "expect the timescale of updates to be weeks, not months".

You can take this how you like; personally, I'm expecting on average 2, maybe sometimes 3 patches per month. Always depends what is being worked on and if any critical blockers show up.

That is going to be very variable depending on the issues.
Critical and high issues will be patched relatively quickly, while anything lower will usually get pushed to a standard patch window.
There may be exceptions to the rule as well if a low or medium issue is particularly annoying or common.

This Community Hardware Survey has been dancing around the Intercept Discord for a while. People are submitting their configs and FPS tests will be submitted after release.

Here's the Docs with the raw info and (soon) results.

KSP 2 - Community Hardware Survey - READ ONLY

And here's the Survey to gather said info for the doc:

For those interested, it has also got the attention of the Devs directly:

Is there any particular reason why you need my Discord username? Can I fill it out without one? If not, do I need to be on the Intercept server?

I'm not in charge of those docs. The two users that appear on the top of it are. I guess you can shoot them a DM for any doubts.

But no, you don't necessarily need to be on the Intercept server in order to submit your config, and results in the coming days.
