Is Axial Tilt easy to do?

I have ONE question before I drop my 50 bones on the game. I'm not going to say it will literally be the deciding factor but... well I'm asking it before buying the game so...

How easy is it to modify the axial tilt of planets? In particular, could I do it RIGHT NOW without a mod to help me, by editing some config file or other?

It's not going to be anywhere near as hard as I first thought. It is doable. I can say that much and only that much.

I don't know how easy it is.  I'm sure in Scott Manley's ~2.5hr Feb. 24 stream (still have some to finish), he said that it was at least possible to actually change the axial tilt of bodies.  So it's possible, though how easy, don't know.
