Almost all of the bugs I've found in my 27 hours of gameplay

Enjoy. I like the game but these kind of suck

Flag animation was finished before the flag was fully deployed

Kerbal can't get back into lander (board or grab ladder)

Landing leg glitched into surface

Kerbal sometimes floating above surface

Workspaces save way too often creating multiple workplace saves of the same craft(s)

Symmetry doesn't always work

Color symmetry doesn't always work

Action groups (custom and not) don't always work

Clouds don't always show up

Part textures load a bit after the craft loads causing purple textures

Camera randomly switches to orbital

Aerodynamic parts easily get ripped apart

You can't scroll up or down in the VAB

Parts randomly change their orientation when being moved (Edit: This only seems to happen with docking ports or heavily manipulated parts for example a rotated and shifted crew cabin inside another rotated and shifted crew cabin)

Duplicating struts causes all kinds of problems

The lack of autostrut makes putting large things in orbit extremely hard

Parts fall through other parts (possibly because of bad strutting that can't be fixed due to the rocket's design)

When using the view button to make the fairings on a rocket move out of the way so you can view the payload only one fairing moves away and it glitches

Fairings deploy wrong when used in flight

Uncontrollable vessels start spinning like crazy speeds despite no force acting on them (violation of newtons laws)

Game pause and unpause notifications pop up like crazy

Game doesn't show trajectory through target planet's soi when not in target planet's soi

Game doesn't let you pin periapsis and apoapsis while making a maneuver node

Deactivating an engine doesnt just turn it off but makes a new stage with said engine

Time warp while using engines doesn't always work

For some reason decoupling engines doesn't always work and doesn't work no matter what i do to the craft even if i go back to the vab and launch the only way to make the staging work is to rebuild

There's no physics time warp so turning in a large craft is extremely annoying and can take multiple minutes

Scrolling in any menus in any part of the game scrolls in the main game (moves camera in the vab and in flight)

Eva jet pack plumes don't show all the time

Icons don't really ignore the planet. For example maneuver nodes in low orbit have some of their axis pull thingies inside the planet and invisible instead of over the planet like in ksp1. The only other instance for me is a landed craft on duna having its icon clip into the planet

When at the ksc i can use the map which correctly shows me on kerbin at the ksc but also has the staging for the craft i was last using

I can also revert to vab or launch from the ksc

Reloading the game from that situation puts me at my last used craft but with the ksc's options. I see my craft in orbit of duna but i also see the buttons to go to the vab, training center, tracking station, and launchpad

Going to map and then coming back from that bugs the game out for a second before putting me at the ksc where i should be

There doesn't seem to be a way to not be in control of your craft meaning you either have to be in a high parking orbit or landed in order to time warp to a transfer window

I have the option of recovering a craft that is on the surface of duna

Maneuver mode timer doesn't show burn time or accurate deltaV readouts

Orbits make slight jittery changes (going up and down by a small amount) without anything acting on the craft

Right clicking on something in flight can permanently highlight it

When it's evening the environment just looks a little off. The ground seems a little too reflective

The sun shines through mountains

Control surfaces on planes are unstable

Landing gear doesn't work properly

Vessel starts turning in random directions despite sas being locked

When building, things will often try to snap to a node well above the surface I am trying to attach it to

KSC textures look really smooth and weird from above

Heat shield fairing textures seem to have split into rectangles

Docking mode persists even after going to the ksc, vab, building a new rocket, and launching said rocket without any indicator that docking mode is still on

Keybinds like space bar to stage will sometimes just stop working

Ground altitude includes the distance from the ocean floor instead of the top of the ocean

Abort towers don't detach when staged

Vessel in orbit randomly disappears

Vessel on surface falls through surface

Pressing M in vab sometimes screws everything up

Those are all of the bugs I've found in my first 27 hours. I probably missed a few and I also didn't put any here that other people experienced because I don't want to make more uncommon bugs seem common. If these all get fixed and performance improves a little the game would be amazing.

In your list, this is the only one I've solved.  Press and hold scroll-wheel to drag up and down in the VAB.

Awkwardly dragging the camera up and down by holding middle click down and moving my mouse around is not "solving" the fact it should be possible to just scroll up and down easily with/without some modifier key.

Sure, but that's not a bug, that's a preference

The bug is "Lack of method to move camera vertically in the VAB without performing a click and hold mouse movement with the middle button"

As the owner of many mice and input devices (not a collector, just a frequent shifter to prevent RSI, my current desktop uses 3, Logitech MX "mice", the wireless trackball, the Master and the vertical mouse, and my mac laptop also has a touchpad, and for a while I also used the magic trackpad) ... While "Middle Click" is simple enough, and "scroll wheel" is basically ubiquitous, unlike the "Left/Right Click + Move Mouse Cursor" interactions, the "Middle Click and Hold" or worse the "Middle Click and Hold + Move Mouse Cursor" are often secondary considerations in the design of a mouse/input device. Take for instance my Logitech MX Vertical, the mouse is light as its sold to avoid RSI, the movement shouldn't require much force, the left and right click buttons are lightly weighted and take little force, as you expect on a lightweight mouse, however while the scroll wheel functions fine as a scroll wheel, the click button under the scroll wheel takes at least 3x the force to click as the left and right buttons, its enough force that it puts a noticeable torque on the mouse which is fine for a single click but not a click and hold, the force to get a stable click and hold for large mouse movements like that required to move the camera, requires a tighter palm grip and an adjusted click posture in order to retain "firm control" of the mouse and make the multiple large motions to click and drag the camera  , making a large movement like repeatedly clicking and dragging the mouse more awkward and frustrating than any other kind of mouse interaction.

Suffice to say... I don't use that mouse while playing KSP2... But its a great illustration of the sorts of ergonomic affordances games intended to be potentially educational (its hard to argue KSP2 doesn't have the same educational potential as KSP1) should be mindful of... and this middle click in the VAB is one of the most annoying little papercuts, up there with not having key bindings for all the UI buttons in the VAB

doesn't the scroll wheel already control zoom?

Yes, which is why I expect that if they do add this, it would need to use a modifier key, so it would be normal scroll for zoom in and out and something like shift + scroll wheel or alt + scroll wheel for up and down. I leave room for a solution that doesn't need a modifier key because I'm not the developers, I don't know what clever solution they might cook up, but I expect the answer will just be a modifier key.
