That is bizarre and I really hope there's more such awaiting elsewhere and/or as the game expands and adds features and content.

There are at least two other Monuments that were found, I way have been the first to find the ingame location of this one (tho it was seen in some bugs and datamine):

Can confirm the Duna location. Oh... this one is impressive. Works so well with the music.

After orbiting Dres at ~16 km and visually checking the whole planet I can say I've found no anomalies there. I think the rings are the main visual feature for now.

Can confirm that there is no Kraken on Pol.  (After being glitched through the surface 1000 times.)

 

It does glow green in the dark though, pretty cool.

A very interesting surface feature that can be seen from the tracking station on the Jool locked face, but you have to get there to see what it actually is

I think it's reflected light coming from Jool, since it's also the case for Bop

I noticed it when Bop was eclipsed by Jool, so its not caused by planet reflection.

I just finished a quick go over of Eeloo, but I couldn't find anything.  Definitely not intense, but I check a good chunk of the surface and also the lowest points in some of the valleys.

After checking Gilly out, I don't believe that it is an intentional Easter egg.  Probably just a generation error.
