This is the first time ksp 2 has crashed on me, probably not the last

before it had just freezed, but i think the problem is instead the mod "lazy orbit" im using

@Little 908 your post in the grand discussion thread has been split off into modded tech support.    I know you probably weren’t actually looking for tech support, more just making conversation, but we’d rather keep modded and stock discussions separate to avoid confusion.

I haven't used the mod since Nate Simpson talked about teleporting being a possible problem for bug reports but I have never had a crash like yours using it.

Its not a perfect mod but it gets the job done most of the time in a way that isn't too bad.

If your crash happened as you used the mod then maybe that is the problem, but I don't think the mod breaks KSP2 if it isn't being used.

I think the mod just needs to be updated.

I think I have a few ideas on why it’s so extreme

1 . Im playing with a ship with over 400 parts

2. Im teleporting all the way to laythe

also when I do that it completely ruins my ship! Like summons the kraken.

Ive since given up on the mod, because I don’t want to randomly crash.

Yeah it moves some of the parts of the craft to different positions.

So it moves the parts further if the teleport is a longer distance?

Not quite sure, Ill have to test that.

but the ship I’m working on is complex for the time being, and if was in ksp 1, it would use a lot of robotics (it was in ksp 1, you can look at my signature ;))
