Wings are Being Distorted on a Loading a Save or Revert to Launch.

Reported Version: v0.1.3.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Windows 10 | CPU: Intel i9 9900K | GPU: Nvidia 3070ti | RAM32GB

Appears to have happened since 0.1.0.0

Frequency:
Not every time but regularly.

Steps to Replicate:

Spoiler
  1. Launch craft with wings.
  2. F5
  3. F9 or revert to launch until it happens.

Additional Information:
Looks like the F5 F9 might need to happen first before revert to launch does it as well.

Additional Information:
Not just visual. It will affect crafts handling as well.
Is this a floating origin problem?

My science state was stuck on "landed: desert" so I did a quick reload to see if that'd clear, and instead my wings got corrupted.

Seems to affect how they perform in flight.

(Not sure if this has been posted already or if it's happened to others)

parts will be disconnect (or at least appear to be, likely a visual glitch) when loading either a save or quick save at times, it will be "fixed" if you reload the save again, but so far I've seen this happen to decouplers, wings, brakes (can't quite remember if it's happend to shrouds as well), also this glitch doesn't always happen but it does happen.

procedural parts are generally loaded incorrectly after a revert to launch on my machine. 

But after 2 additionnal reverts they are loaded correctly. Always 2 additonnal reverts. Amazing innit?

 

How to reproduce bug:

Make a craft in the VAB with wings. 

Click launch

Takeoff

revert to launch

Admire a piece of modern art :)

After 2 additonnal reverts, the plane should be back to normal.
