How do I launch rockets in other locations?

Currently I'm playing KSP's campaign mode, but I can't launch ships on other launch pads, how do I unlock them?

When you started your career, you were able to turn on or off other launch sites. Under "Basic" (what's selected right when you start) it's the last option on the bottom. By default, it's unchecked in all modes.

You can enable it in your current save by hitting ESC and selecting Settings, then at the top click the button that says "Difficulty Options: <whatever>"

This brings up a screen a lot like the one at game creation, and on the bottom left in the Basic tab, you should see "Allow other Launchsites" Enable it, accept, and you're good to go.

To use the other launch sites, in the VAB when you have your vessel loaded, hover over the launch button and a drop-down will give you the options. You can also do this from the Space Center by clicking the launch pad and hovering over the same "launch" icon as the VAB one.
