Flight Craft glitches through surface upon impact at high timewarp

I was on a trajectory towards Duna and time warp didn't stop in time. The craft glitched through the surface and was set on a straight trajectory into interstellar space. I reloaded a quicksave and started recording in order to find the glitch again. It happened again in the recording, this time however the craft began to orbit INSIDE Duna.

I believe the orbit being messed up was a result of the craft exiting time warp while inside of the planet.

Was on a re-entry course to kerbin from 83k KM's in altitude, and used the warp 1,000,000x. I accidentally missed stopping my warp in time and when did stop, i ended up 242KM below the surface, and the vessel and crew survived. Now I'm stuck with only a 4x speed due to being in the ground.

Workaround is destroying my vessel manually, should have blown up on re-entry as I wasn't setup with my heatshield in time. Seems I hit the ocean on my impact spot.

I decided to call the bug the "Mun Worm" because I encountered the bug while doing a mun landing and that it ended up launching my vehicle up a few feet off the ground whenever time warp stops, I might have also had a Kraken attack when I was time warping fast as I was descending at a rather high Periapsis (or Apoapsis) which ended with me literally going through the moon. Would love to have this as an easter egg.
