Mission: Under Pressue - Any idea why I didn't get a completed mission?

I feel like I completed the mission as specified. I landed 10 kerbals all together, and brought them back to Kerbin, all together. Any idea why this mission isn't marked as completed? Here are a few pics of my ship in various stages. Happy to provide any other information that might be relevant. Thanks!

is it just me, or is the rocket in the second picture a different one? I thought you needed to do it with 1 rocket. but either way, nice! I haven't succeeded at the Eve mission, it's the only thing I have left to do

Just a random guess, maybe the Kerbals need to be inside the ship?

So my design relied on having all 10 kerbals in command seats, connected to the final stage rocket inside a cargo bay attached to the main rocket. I'm thinking maybe because no kerbals were in an actual command pod, that the game didn't see it as landing in a 'vessel'?

UPDATE: I was able to get this mission completed! I had a feeling that it might have had to do with the bug where the game thinks your ship is landed, but it's actually in orbit, and your orbital line is missing. I found a fix on another thread where you edit a .json config file somewhere, and that seemed to have fixed it, but my theory is that that bug breaks the mission conditions, causing the mission not to be marked as completed when you return to Kerbin.

I installed the 'Community Fixes' mod, which fixed the landing condition bug, and also has a fix for missions not marking as completed correctly. Not sure which community fix was the actual solution, but I re-flew the mission, and it was marked as completed this time!

Looks like the developers are going to be releasing an update soon that will address some of these issues, so if you're having trouble with this mission, it might be best to just wait for the next game update. If you can't be patient, try installing the 'Community Fixes' mod!
