It amuses me that they've apparently cast ADA as a Scrooge-like "bah humbug" figure. I'm curious how that will play out—will she slowly be won over by the magic of FICSMAS, or stay sour till the end?

Well. She’s turned about after yesterday’s update, they limited how often she’ll Scrooge at you for grabbing gifts.

That's a plus; was considering turning off the voice as there's a selection of maybe 7 lines and I get package after package after package.

Update on the update: they FICSTIT too much.  Now ADA doesn't have anything to say about package farming.

I played sooo much Satisfactory before the changes to the nodes and some recipes were revealed. I had a whole setup of Chrystal Oscillators on Quartz nodes that I learned would not survive the transfer to 1.0, and I was crater-deep in building a setup for Computers when I learned that they wouldn't require Screws anymore. Because of how daunting the Computer setup was and how hard the Quartz setup would be to rebuild, I retired that save to use as a reference for how I would like to build the next save, and then proceeded to blaze through Bloodborne and Elden Ring. Once I finish my current run in KSP, I'll likely go back to Satisfactory.

It’s a very easy game to dive hard into, get burned out, take a few months off, come back later and still be amazed at how good it still is.
